Million-dollar Dominion estate overlooking Hill Country on auction block

A Dominion estate with a pool, custom indoor stonework and views of the Texas Hill Country last valued at $5 million is now up for bid. 

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom estate on a 1.1 acre lot at 5 Crescent Bluff will go up for auction on Dec. 14 with a starting bid price of $1.5 million, according to a news release. Unique features include elevated ceilings, windows and doors, unique finishes, exotic hardwoods, and custom stonework with limestone and imported marbles. 

On top of the three bedrooms and bathrooms, the estate also features three partial bathrooms and a den, which has the potential to become a fourth bedroom. The home also features a large kitchen with high-end appliances and massive center island. 

The huge covered patio features an outdoor kitchen that overlooks a resort-style infinity edge pool. 

The auction will be handled by Interluxe, and interested buyers can visit the property from Dec. 11 to Dec. 14. More information can be found here.
